We are praying for someone that has a heart to teach and guide us to the presence of God in worship. Someone that has the heart of missions, someone that wants to learn Spanish, and if they are bilingual even better. 

(Long Term) The ultimate dream is to have a person that would like to stay with us for a while, while they built the worship team and leaders, teach some instruments and wherever else they can bring as a musician.  

(Short Term) Ideally, we would like someone to come twice a month to lead us in worship, we have our singers, but they need guidance, to have practice and anything else they can provide us with.

Whoever ends up coming, we would also like to be bilingual in worship style.  
 
Obviously, we don’t have the budget for this, but we might be able to work something with some investors that are looking for the wealth of El Buen Samaritano.  
 
For now, we can pay them twice a month if they decide to be with us and invest their time for the Kingdom of God here. It will take a step of faith on their behalf, but I am sure they will get compensated.  
 
All the logistics, I am sure we can work it out, like if they decide to be full time, where they can live and all that.
